My name is Pat Cullen and I am the company owner of Cul Build Ltd. I graduated from college in 1996 as a qualified architectural technologist.
I worked in a number of architectural offices over a 6-year period, preparing all types of drawings, lodging planning applications and running construction jobs on site. This gave me a great understanding of the complete building process.
In 2002 I started my own business as a building contractor, carrying out all sorts of building projects from:

From the above list of projects completed you can see that my crew and I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all types of construction processes and job types.
Also, I provide a full design service from start to finish i.e. preparing drawings etc to your requirements, acquire planning permission and if planning permission is successful, we can construct your house/ extension to a very high standard. Over the years, we have completed a number of these projects to our customer satisfaction
